"I worked with Karen for almost two years, after a bereavement of a young family member and lots of other life circumstances left me at breaking point. I chose her because she specialises in working with autistic people and I have found her approach to be so beneficial.

 

She is kind and compassionate and it's clear that she really cares for her clients. She takes care to listen and reflect back the things I hadn't been able to realise on my own. She helped me to feel less guilty about the impact that being autistic has on my life and how it might show up in unexpected ways.
